Vittorio Infante, M.D., born in Italy in 1964, graduated from the “Sapienza” University of Rome in 1991, received his clinical criminology training on address medical-psychological and forensic-psychiatric in 1996, his psychiatry and psychotherapy training in 2000 and his neurological and psychiatric sciences degree Research Doctor from “G. D’Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara in 2003. Founder & general secretary of Italian Institute of Transcultural Psychiatry, founder & vice-president of Transcultural Psychiatric Section of Italian Society of Psychiatry, member of Mental Health Committee (2006-08) and member of Scientific Societies Committee (2008-11) in Doctors Medicine’s Order district of Rome, treasurer of World Association of Cultural Psychiatry since 2008. His interests include the topic of Culture, Psychopathology and migrant/refugee condition. He wrote several papers on this topics.
